We, your LLYC full-time staff, focus year-round on the business of camp so campers can experience the best two weeks of their lives while encountering the love of Jesus Christ. Our hope and prayer is that each camper will leave LLYC positively changed and challenged. We encourage campers to develop a deep faith in Christ in order that they can face their daily challenges and change their world.

They're at LLYC! We are talking about the best of the best! We take great pride and care in the selection of each member of our summer staff. Our staff members have the highest integrity, personal and spiritual maturity, and enthusiasm for life and working with young people. Overall, our camper-to-counselor ratio is approximately four-to-one. Without question, the vital elements of our success are the talent, enthusiasm, and the character of our staff.
