Is it all about what you can give? Absolutely not! Here at LLYC we believe you will not just be used to change lives. As you get a front-row seat to watch lives being changed in the name of Christ, you will build lifelong friendships, make sweet memories, be stretched and grown in new ways, receive personal fulfillment of being part of something great, and so much more. 

From a shaving cream fight . . . to a late night Rodeo Dance . . . to jumping off a cliff into the Frio River . . . from an ice cream gutter sundae . . . to a crazy game of ultimate Frisbee . . . to having the opportunity to sit with a camper and tell them how much Jesus loves them-enough to die for them . . . LLYC is an incredible, life-changing way to spend your summer. We are confident you will leave the gates of LLYC different than when you came.

The online application, all paperwork and reference forms must be received in our office by February 8, 2008.   The earlier you submit your application, the earlier we will begin the interview process. Hiring notifications will be sent out beginning mid-March.  We will notify all staff applicants of their status no later than the end of March, either by mail or phone.

If you are concerned about never having been to Laity Lodge Youth Camp or about not having enough previous experience in this line of work, don't worry. Complete the application anyway. If hired, our staff retreat and staff-training week will familiarize you with LLYC, help you get to know your fellow staff members, and assist you in acquiring the necessary skills to do a great job during the summer!
